Community Information

Summit Lake is an established community, built in the 2000's. We have 124 town-homes within Summit Lake. Because of our central location, our town-homes are in high demand. Only re-sales of our town-homes are offered by current owners or their agents.

The Associations' management company does not provide information regarding sales availability. However, sales information can be found through classified and online ads by owners and advertisements by real estate companies.

Our community is organized as a Homeowners Association. All owners and their guests must abide by our governing documents, which include additional Rules and Regulations for Community Standards.
