Rules and Regulations for Community Standards
These Rules, Regulations and Standards are based on, and in furtherance of, the
covenants and restrictions contained in the Declaration for Summit Lake and the
applicable laws of the State of Florida. They have been adopted by the Board of
Directors of the Association to set out the rights, privileges and obligations of the
Summit Lake Property Owners, their respective family members, lessees and guests
and to protect the Summit Lake development.
These provisions may be amended or modified from time to time by the Board of
Directors of the Association to better serve the community.
It is the responsibility of each homeowner to be familiar with the covenants and
restrictions of Summit Lake as well as these Rules, Regulations and Standards and to
abide by them. Enforcement shall be through the property management company as established
by the Board and consistent with the laws of Florida.
These Rules and Regulations are enacted for the purpose of providing for the
establishment and maintenance of standards to enhance the use and enjoyment of the
residents of Summit Lake in a safe, orderly and peaceful manner to the mutual benefit
of all residents and owners and shall be construed and enforced in accordance with this
objective.
These Rules and Regulations and Standards do not and shall not be construed as to
waive or limit the Association's ability to enforce the protective covenants or rules of the
Association by any other means or manner provided in the governing documents or by
law.
