SECURITY

Reliance Security Services, Inc is our current contract for security and parking enforcement. The Board of Directors encourages all residents to actively participate in keeping the community safe by contacting our local Sheriff's department should you see something suspicious.

The communities surrounding Summit Lake do not have onsite security and the crime statistics outside our community is increasing. CrimeMapping.com has been developed to help law enforcement agencies provide the public with valuable information about recent crime activity in their neighborhood. The goal is to assist police departments in reducing crime through a better-informed citizenry. Creating more self-reliance among community members is a great benefit to community oriented policing efforts everywhere and has been proven effective in combating crime.

PARKING, WHY THE BIG DEAL?

PARKING FACTS: Each unit is assigned 1 permanent parking spot (124 vehicles). Each unit is allowed 2 vehicles (124+124 = 248 vehicles). There are only 142 marked guest spots for your second vehicle throughout the community. That leaves only 18 extra parking spots for visiting friends and family to share among 124 units!

Please be considerate of your neighbors and do not park a 3rd guest vehicle for an extended amount of time.
