Guest Parking

As a resident, you must register your overnight guest's vehicle on a nightly basis.

Guest parking spaces are reserved nightly on a first come first serve availability. There are a limited number of guest spaces available per night of eighteen (18).

Using your parking account (via the web or mobile browser), activate one guest pass using the vehicle's license plate number.

LICENSE PLATE NUMBERS: When registering a guest vehicle, please be careful to input the correct license plate number. Incorrect entries can cause a vehicle to be towed at owner's expense.

Guest Vehicle Definition

Any vehicle other than your primary and secondary registered vehicles. For example, a loaner or rental vehicle, a vehicle belonging to a visitor of the residence who is parking overnight.

Each unit is allotted fifty-three (53) guest passes per year. Passes can be use consecutively or spread throughout the year. One guest pass per unit per night. Once the limit has been reach, you will not be able to register another guest vehicle.

Remaining Guest Passes

Check the "Remaining Days" feature in your parking account.

Parking Enforcement

Parking rules are enforced nightly between 12:00 AM (midnight) to 7:00 AM.

Mobile Enforcement Software

Parking enforcement is completed nightly using an intelligent and intuitive mobile application done in real-time. A simple photo of the vehicle's license plate number will search records (recognition software) for instant verification of registered vehicles, permit validations, expired permits, permit renewals, guest vehicle passes, and vehicles placed on tow list —all through one snapshot.

Unauthorize vehicles are forwarded to the local towing company using integrated software to improve efficiency —all through one snapshot.
