SUMMIT LAKE PARKING

All vehicles parked overnight require a parking permit or guest parking permission.

Parking permits are managed and assigned by PARKING PASS and must be requested ONLINE by residents only.

Summit Lake uses electronic parking permits

Each electronic permit (E-Permit) is digital, meaning you do not need to display anything in or on your vehicle. Your license plate is your permit.

Residents must register with Parking Pass at www.NPMPARKING.com and choose "Resident Registration"

Residency Verification

Complete online application

Upload a copy of your driver's license, proof of insurance and vehicle registration for each vehicle being added to your application.

Residency is verified by the property management office.

New account login credentials are emailed.

E-Permits are instantly assigned and approved for immediate parking.

Guest parking permission can be requested 24/7

Guest Parking

As a resident, you must register your overnight guest's vehicle on a nightly basis.


Guest parking spaces are reserved nightly on a first come first serve availability. There are a limited number of guest spaces available per night of eighteen (18).

Using your parking account (via the web or mobile browser), activate one guest pass using the vehicle's license plate number.

LICENSE PLATE NUMBERS: When registering a guest vehicle, please be careful to input the correct license plate number. Incorrect entries can cause a vehicle to be towed at owner's expense.

Guest Vehicle Definition

Any vehicle other than your primary and secondary registered vehicles. For example, a loaner or rental vehicle, a vehicle belonging to a visitor of the residence who is parking overnight.

53 DAY LIMIT

Each unit is allotted fifty-three (53) guest passes per year. Passes can be use consecutively or spread throughout the year. One guest pass per unit per night. Once the limit has been reach, you will not be able to register another guest vehicle.

Check the "Remaining Days" feature in your parking account.

Parking Enforcement

Parking rules are enforced nightly between 12:00 AM (midnight) to 7:00 AM.

Mobile Enforcement Software

Parking enforcement is completed nightly using an intelligent and intuitive mobile application done in real-time. A simple photo of the vehicle's license plate number will search records (recognition software) for instant verification of registered vehicles, permit validations, expired permits, permit renewals, guest vehicle passes, and vehicles placed on tow list —all through one snapshot.

Unauthorize vehicles are forwarded to the local towing company using integrated software to improve efficiency —all through one snapshot.
