In-ground fire pits are not permitted

Concrete pavers can be put down at rear of lot only.

The area to be paved should not exceed fence specifications of 12’ L x 18’ W including any ledge for fence. Size varies by locations.

You may paint the concrete using Valspar Patio & Paint solid color in River Rock if open and not enclosed by fence.
