Corner lot fences must level (flush) with building and not extend upon easements
Fence post must stand independently and not be attached to an adjoining lot’s fence and/or party wall
Party walls have a standard minimum specifications of: 6’H x L
Partial fence repairs must be painted or stained to match the existing fence

Lakefront lots with rear lake views are permitted a lower height requirement of a minimum of 4 feet at owners’ discretion as to not obstruct lake views.
